NIGHT SNOWSHOEING
A NIGHT RACQUET IN THE HEART OF THE CENTRAL MASSIF OF PICOS DE EUROPA LIKE NEVER SEEN BEFORE?
Yes! For the sixth time in the history of Picos and as part of the Snowshoe World Championship events, we will once again have a Night Snowshoe Walk in the stunning surroundings of the Lagos de Lloroza and the Canal de San Luis. After years of success, it’s back once more!
For all those who would love to experience a unique snowshoe adventure during the Picos Snow Run, but in a more relaxed way, this is definitely the perfect activity for you within the XI Picos Snow Run program!
Don’t miss the chance to ride the Fuente Dé Cable Car at night in a unique event that will undoubtedly leave no one indifferent!
A night walk that will consist of completing a lap around the World Championship circuit:
- 4,5 km
- +200m elevation gain
- Price for the Snowshoe Walk - 50 euros
You can rent snowshoes for a price of 7 euros when you register. Snowshoes only, poles not included.
The registration for this unique event includes:
- Round-trip ticket on the cable car from Fuente Dé
- Snowshoer’s Goodie Bag.
- Liability Insurance (RC Insurance).
- Final Souvenir of the Snowshoe Walk
The walk begins at 18:45. Take advantage of the morning and midday to cheer on the race participants, who will be competing from 15:00 onwards.
When you pick up your race bib, you will receive your Fuente Dé Cable Car ticket, but remember that you can only go up and down once.
